Farm Girl created the newly expanded product line to be both keto and diabetic-friendly, without compromising on taste. It gives customers an easy way to eat right by taking the food people already enjoy and making it healthier.

With more people following a keto diet for health reasons, the range was produced with such dietary restrictions in mind. A keto or ketogenic diet is a low-carb, high-fat diet, where a person’s daily calorie requirement is met through adequate protein intake. The nutrient-dense breakfast cereals are protein-rich and come in various flavours, including salted caramel, cinnamon apple, and pumpkin spice.
